Iván Pinares

Iván Pinares is a Senior Lead Delivery Manager at Kyndryl since September 2021, leading the Center of Excellence (CoE) and the Acceleration Office focused on organizational transformation, operational excellence, agile methodologies, and capability development. Prior to this, Iván served as Service Portfolio Manager at both Kyndryl and IBM, overseeing IT infrastructure management services for Interbank and liaising with clients at various technical and executive levels. Iván's earlier experience at IBM included roles such as Service Integration Leader and IT Specialist in STORAGE, demonstrating strong expertise in optimizing IT services and client solutions. Iván holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, earned between 2007 and 2012.
