Lars Kristian Stråtveit

Lars Kristian Stråtveit is a seasoned leader in digital marketing and e-commerce, currently serving as VP Digital Marketing & Commerce Lead at Kyndryl since September 2025. Previously, Lars held the position of Head of Ecommerce at Alpinestars, where strategic leadership led to the establishment of a successful Europe business and impressive triple-digit year-over-year growth. At Telenor, Lars significantly drove digital adoption and sales for the B2B segment, increasing the customer base's digital penetration from 3% to 80% and achieving a fivefold revenue growth in the SaaS vertical. Lars’ extensive experience also includes impactful roles at Nike, where as Digital Business Director for SNKRS, triple-digit revenue growth was achieved for two consecutive years. Lars co-founded Konge Klær DA, a clothing brand, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, with an exchange experience at the University of Melbourne.
