Currently serving as the Director of Transformation, Program Management, and Enterprise PMO at Kyndryl, Mark has previously held roles such as Senior Project Manager at Marks and Spencer and Senior Programme Manager at Whitbread, where they successfully led multi-million-pound technology change programmes. Mark holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biochemistry & Genetics from Aberystwyth University.
