Mauro Salvarani

Mauro Salvarani currently serves as Director of Business Operations for Alliances Strategic Markets and Chief Operating Officer for Central Eastern Europe & Eastern Mediterranean at Kyndryl, following a distinguished tenure at IBM from March 1996 to September 2021. At IBM, Mauro led the Kyndryl Spin Off PMO, managing the infrastructure services brand transition, and held several key roles including Chief Operating Officer for IBM Services in Central & East Europe, Chief of Staff for Infrastructure Service Europe, and various finance leadership positions across Europe. Mauro has extensive experience in governance, strategy, operations, and customer management, and has been instrumental in transformation projects and shared service center establishment. Mauro holds a degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, obtained between 1992 and 1998.
