Michael Dubas

Michael Dubas CPA is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across leading organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Search Partner at Kyndryl since October 2021, Michael oversees global executive searches in various business areas and leads a key hiring initiative for US consulting. Prior to this role, Michael worked at IBM as an Executive Search Leader, where responsibilities included establishing full life cycle executive searches for senior leadership. Experience at EY involved recruiting for executive-level positions across consulting, audit, and tax, while previous tenures at Deloitte and Robert Half International focused on senior-level recruitment and placements for technology and finance professionals. Michael began the career as an Auditor/Financial Analyst after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Drexel University and acquiring a CPA designation.
