Rick Kuszewski

Rick Kuszewski is an experienced executive in technology and sales, notably serving as Managing Director of the ServiceNow Center of Excellence at Kyndryl from November 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing the strategic partnership with ServiceNow and leading a team focused on sales and client satisfaction. Prior to Kyndryl, Rick held various roles at IBM including Digital Transformation Site Executive and Director of Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure Services, driving significant revenue and overseeing Agile-based sales initiatives across a range of business sectors. Rick co-founded Chicago Producers, where as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Rick established a multimedia production company, and previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales at Profit-A-Bill, a medical billing firm. Rick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in both Psychology and Business Management from Western Illinois University.
