Ronny Ayala

Ronny Ayala is an experienced telecommunications engineer with a strong background in network support and collaboration engineering. Currently serving as Associate Director of Network Support at Kyndryl since October 2025, Ronny previously held the position of Collaboration Engineer NII at Scale Nearshoring from November 2024 to October 2025. From January 2017 to October 2025, Ronny worked at Carousel Industries as an Associate Collaboration Engineer, focusing on professional services and collaboration projects. Additionally, Ronny has extensive experience as a Network Project & Support Engineer NII and Network Project Engineer at Soutec LLC, starting from June 2014. Ronny holds an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and has further education from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, along with a Bachiller degree in Sciences from Colegio Santo Tomas de Aquino.
