Roy Murillo has extensive experience in information security and risk management, currently serving as a Vulnerability Management Subject Matter Expert at Kyndryl since September 2021, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive vulnerability management process. Prior to Kyndryl, Roy was a Service Delivery Manager at IBM, focusing on security, risk management, and compliance, and held roles as an Incident, Problem & Change Coordinator and Technical Support Representative at Teleperformance, providing support for Microsoft Windows customers. Roy's career began at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services as a Senior Software Asset Analyst and Contract Specialist, focusing on asset management and partner contracts.
