Shaon Sengupta

Shaon Sengupta is currently the Country Leader and Head of Design Strategy, UX & Cocreation at Kyndryl India, where they drive digital transformation and innovation through strategic collaboration. Previously, Shaon held several key positions at Philips, including Associate Design Director and Design Team Lead, focusing on customer engagement and health informatics. Shaon’s academic background includes a PhD in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and ongoing studies in Experience Design and Computer Science at the National Institute of Design and Bangalore University, respectively. Their research emphasizes behavior change, providing a unique lens to address complex business challenges through design.
