Tertius Kleyn

Tertius Kleyn holds extensive experience in IT service delivery and monitoring, currently serving as Global Service Delivery Manager for Monitoring and Event Management at Kyndryl since September 2021, leading a team of over 70 IT professionals. Previously, Tertius spent eight years at IBM in various roles, including Architect and Technical Team Lead for Monitoring and Event Management, providing expert guidance in M&E strategy and leading teams responsible for Tivoli systems management for Nordics customers. Tertius also served as a Tivoli Monitoring Consultant at Nedbank and held technical specialist positions, where responsibilities included overseeing Tivoli environments and ensuring operational stability. Early career experience includes various IT and server administration roles. Tertius possesses a strong background in monitoring architecture, strategy, and maintenance, supported by a foundation built through education at McLachlan High School.
