Lorraine Matthews

Lorraine Matthews is the Head of Global HR at Kynetec, a role held since March 2016, where responsibility includes delivering data and insights in agriculture and animal health. Prior to this, Lorraine served as a contract HR Consultant at Kynetec. With extensive experience at Snell Advanced Media from 1996 to 2016, including the position of Director of HR Services, Lorraine provided strategic HR advice across 14 international subsidiaries. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Quantel Ltd and Assistant Personnel Officer at Owen Owen Plc. Educational achievements include a Diploma in HRM from Oxford Brookes University and a Certificate in Management from Basingstoke College.
