Raúl Barrantes Pampillo

Raúl Barrantes Pampillo is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in data analytics and engineering roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Kynetec since September 2023, Raúl has led the development of key features for a sophisticated data analytics system while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance user experience. Previously, at Accenture, Raúl developed orchestration processes in Python and Scala and facilitated data migration projects in the banking sector. As a Big Data Engineer at FDS Spain, Raúl designed ingestion pipelines and migrated data infrastructure to the Azure cloud. Raúl's career also includes roles at Lionbridge as an Automation Engineer and earlier internships where skills in software development and data management were honed. Raúl holds a Master's degree in Big Data from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
