Mads-Mikkel Tarding has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Mads-Mikkel is currently serving as the Managing Director at KYNETIC since 2023, where they previously held the positions of Head of Operations and Head of Consulting. At KYNETIC, Mads-Mikkel led performance marketing initiatives with an AI-first approach.
Prior to KYNETIC, they worked as a Strategic Planner at NORD DDB CPH from 2020 to 2021, where they focused on solving branding and growth challenges for clients and staying updated on digital media and formats. Before that, they were a Digital Client Director at OMD Danmark from 2017 to 2020, and a Content Activation Director at Omnicom Media Group Denmark from 2015 to 2017.
Mads-Mikkel also has experience as a Social and Exchange Manager at Resolution Denmark, a Social Media Planner at OMD Danmark, and a Social Communications Manager at PurePharma. Additionally, they served as the Country Manager of Sweden for JOE & THE JUICE and worked as a Crossfit Instructor at Butchers Lab. Mads-Mikkel started their career as an intern at Reputation, where they gained experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
Mads-Mikkel Tarding has a Bachelor's degree in Mediaproduction and Management from the Danish School of Mediaproducktion and Journalism, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Mads-Mikkel also has a background in sports science from the University of Southern Denmark, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they have a diploma as an Elite Diplomtræner in swimming from Aalborgsportshøjskole Trænerakademiet, which they obtained in 2004. Before that, they attended Odense Katedralskole from 2000 to 2003, where they studied mathematics. Mads-Mikkel completed their primary education with a 10th grade degree from Folkeskolen, which they obtained from 1990 to 2000. In terms of certifications, they have completed various training programs in advertising and analytics on platforms such as Facebook, DoubleClick, and YouTube.
