Erik Masella

Erik Masella is an accomplished corporate leader with extensive experience in engineering, program management, and corporate development across various high-tech industries. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at KYNZE, Erik collaborates with the President to drive strategic planning, partnerships, and business development initiatives. Previously, Erik held leadership roles at Newtrax, overseeing engineering and programs for underground mining solutions, and at Top Aces, where senior program management and PMO implementation were key responsibilities. Erik's background includes significant roles at BOMBARDIER, where management of aircraft modification programs was crucial, and at Esterline CMC Electronics, focusing on advanced platforms and technology demonstrators. Erik Masella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and multiple executive development credentials from the McGill Executive Institute.
