KYOEI SANGYO CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the sale of electronic devices. The Company operates in three business segments. The Trading segment is involved in the sale of semiconductors, electronic devices, electronic materials, factory automation (FA) and environmental system equipment, and light-emitting diode (LED) light fixtures, as well as the maintenance, check and sale of ship survival goods, among others. The Information Technology (IT) segment develops software and systems, designs integrated circuits (ICs), as well as produces and sells information system equipment, electronic equipment and package software. The Manufacturing segment manufactures and sells printed circuit boards (PCBs). As of March 31, 2014, the Company had nine subsidiaries.
