Karen Rackham

Karen Rackham has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Karen is currently working at Kyowa Kirin International plc. as the Global Product Strategy Director for new products planning. Prior to this, they held various roles at Celgene, including Market Access Director, Business Unit Director, and Marketing Director. Karen also worked at Nycomed and Altana as a Brand Manager and Regional Manager, respectively. Karen started their career at Quintiles as a Medical Sales Representative and later took on roles as a Trainer and Regional Business Manager.

Karen Rackham obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Science from the University of Brighton between 1995 and 1998.
