Richard began their career as a Regional Business Manager at Eli Lilly and Company in 2009 before moving on to Kyowa Kirin International plc in 2010. At Kyowa Kirin, they held various roles including Regional Business Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Commercial Operations Director, Country General Manager/Managing Director, General Manager/Managing Director of Northern Cluster, and General Manager/Managing Director of Northern & Central Eastern European Clusters. Currently, Richard holds the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for EMEA & ROW at Kyowa Kirin International.
Richard Johnson earned a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, they hold a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Northumbria University.
