Karol Frydrych

Karol Frydrych has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Karol currently works as the Global Head of Finance at KYP.ai since May 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at OLX Group as the Regional FP&A Manager for OLX Europe from March 2021 to April 2023, and as the Co-Founder of beMentee from April 2017 to January 2023. Karol also worked at Polpharma, where they served as the Group Controlling Manager from July 2020 to March 2021 and as the Group Financial Controller from November 2016 to July 2020. Karol has also worked as a Speaker at EY Academy of Business Polska in June 2020 and held finance-related roles at Fraikin as the Financial Controller CEE & Russia from March 2016 to October 2016, and as the Regional Financial Analyst CEE from February 2014 to March 2016. Karol started their career as a Senior Assistant - Financial Services Audit at KPMG Poland from September 2010 to May 2013, and previously worked as a Financial Specialist at AIP UW - Foundation of Academic Incubators of Entrepreneurship at the University of Warsaw from September 2006 to August 2007.

Karol Frydrych attended the University of Warsaw from 2005 to 2010 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Management. Their specialization was in Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets. From 2009 to 2010, they also studied at Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn, focusing on management. Prior to their university education, they attended II Stefan Batory High School in Warsaw from 2002 to 2005, where they completed a mathematics-focused program.
