Jane Keys, PMP, CSM has over 20 years of experience in project management and customer service. Jane began their career in 1988 as a Customer Service Representative at Mercury Communications (Cable & Wireless). In 1994, they became a Customer Support Manager at Bell Cablemedia, where they implemented a call handling telephone system and coached and developed potential, improving efficiency and quality. In 1995, they took on the role of Project Manager at Bell Cablemedia, managing large scale change for campaigns, expansions and technological development. From 2005 to 2011, they were an Office Manager at Saint Francis Hospice, where they managed the automation of accounts system from manual ledgers to computerized system and installed a new telephone system. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Office Manager at Medicins Sans Frontiere London, developing professional relationships and rapport with clients in various professions. In 2015, they became a Project Coordinator at CableLabs, and in 2017 they joined Kyrio as a Project Manager II and Customer Operations Manager, PKI Operations. In these roles, they have followed the PMP methodology and been a single point of contact on client teams for customer delivery from requirement development to project closeout.
Jane Keys, PMP, CSM has an education history that includes a High School degree from La Retraite High School, obtained in 1982, and European History studies from South London College, from 1982 to 1984. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) from Scrum Alliance in May 2022, and Project Management Professional (PMP)\u00ae from Project Management Institute in May 2021.
