Ryan Snyder, FCAS, is a consultant at KYROS Insights since November 2023, bringing extensive experience from State Auto Insurance, where roles included AVP, Sr. Director of State Operations, Product Director for the Midwest Region with significant profit and loss responsibility, Actuarial Manager, Associate Actuary, and Actuarial Analyst. In these positions, Ryan managed over $100 million in premium and collaborated across departments to achieve profit and growth objectives. Additionally, Ryan has coaching experience at Saint Mary's Catholic Church and Liberty Union High School, as well as academic roles as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at The College of Wooster, where a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics was earned in 2014.
