Luke Borg Costanzi

Luke Borg Costanzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and client services. Currently serving as Group COO at Kyrrex since February 2025, Luke previously held various significant positions at Trust Payments from May 2018 to February 2025, including Group Head of Client Operations and Group Head of Service Delivery. Prior to that, experience at Credorax from September 2011 to May 2018 included roles such as Senior Operations Analyst and Team Leader of the Merchant Services Team. Luke began their career at Bank of Valletta plc, where responsibilities spanned networking, business continuity, operations, and cards administration from July 2007 to September 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Business Continuity Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Computing, both from the University of Malta.
