Lucas Musial is a seasoned game designer with extensive experience in level design and technical contributions within the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Technical Level Designer at Kythera AI since September 2020, Lucas creates and maintains diverse levels for various purposes while enhancing design workflows and collaborating effectively with programmers. As a Co-Founder and Lead Game Designer at Red Spear Studio, Lucas leads the gameplay design for the Task Force Elite project and focuses on improving design architecture while providing mentorship. Previously, as the Lead Level Designer at Red Jake Studio, Lucas oversaw level design for a First Person Shooter game in its early access phase, leveraging technical expertise to optimize team workflows. Lucas holds a Higher National Diploma in Game Development and Software Development from West College Scotland, completed in 2018.
