Jeff McDonald is the CEO and Co-Founder of Kythera. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on product and platform innovation, healthcare market strategy, and claims processing technology. Prior to Kythera, they were the CEO/Founder of Expression Health Analytics, where they built the company's advanced claims processing technology and drove strategy for 50+ years. Jeff has also held positions at eVariant and Global Help Desk Services, Inc., where they led healthcare market strategy initiatives. Jeff's deep understanding of the healthcare industry and their commitment to innovation have made him a leader in the field.

Jeff McDonald has a BFA in Design from Ithaca College. Jeff specializes in Technical Theatrical Design and has worked on many productions in various capacities.
