Luke Badalaty

Luke Badalaty currently serves as the Director of Program Management at Kyverna Therapeutics, where the program management function was established from the ground up as one of the earliest development team members. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Director in both Program Management and R&D Project Management at Tmunity Therapeutics Incorporated, focusing on CAR-T cell therapy programs. Luke's tenure at GSK spanned nearly a decade, culminating in Project Manager and Team Leader roles in drug development, particularly for the anti-BCMA antibody drug conjugate BLENREP. Earlier positions involved roles as a Senior Scientist and Associate Scientist in downstream process development. Luke holds a Master of Science in Biochemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both from Villanova University. Notable achievements include receiving one GSK Silver Award and six GSK Bronze Awards.
