Throughout their career, Wayne has held various engineering roles, including as a Nuclear Electronics Technician in the US Navy, a Manufacturing Engineer at Kingston, and currently as a Senior Process Engineer at KYZEN Corporation. Wayne's expertise lies in chemical cleaning processes for producing quality circuit boards and precision metal parts for high-reliability industries such as military, aerospace, and automotive.
