Carolina Siqueira has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Carolina started their career at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein as an Agente de Promoção Ambiental.

In 2019, they joined Sem Parar as an Estagiária and later became a Product Owner Jr | Analista CX.

In 2022, Carolina moved to Kzas Krédito, where they worked as a Product Owner, focusing on establishing strategic connections between technology, design, and business and translating product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams, as well as creating amazing user experiences.

Most recently, they joined Creditas as a Product Manager in 2022.

Carolina Siqueira completed their Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Centro Universitário Senac between the years 2018 and 2022. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2017, they received a certification in Internal Audit in Integrated Management Systems from Senac São Paulo. In 2021, they acquired certifications in Agile Scrum - Product Owner from Fundação Vanzolini, Customer Success from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, and Customer Experience from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 2021, they also obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org. More recently, in 2023, they completed certifications in Digital Product Leadership from Tera and Produtividade Inteligente from Escola Conquer.
