Ndiphiwe Gidi's work experience includes a role as District Head at KZN Department of Sport and Recreation starting in May 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Sport Leadership and Organisational Capacity Trainer at Sports Coaches Outreach - Limpopo from May 2003 to May 2004.
Ndiphiwe Gidi completed their BA Honours degree in Development Studies from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Honors degree in Sport Science from the University of Durban Westville between 1996 and 2000.
