Ana Cortes

Ana Cortes, RN BSN, has an extensive nursing background with significant experience in case management and care coordination. Currently serving as an RN Case Manager at LA Care Provider since July 2019, Ana has also held the position of RN Manager of Care Coordination at Alignment Healthcare since 2016, where additional responsibilities as an RN Case Manager were undertaken. Prior to this, Ana was the RN Manager of Repatriation at Regal Medical Group from June 2018 to July 2019, and gained valuable experience as a Registered Nurse at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center from December 2014 to May 2016, following a ten-year tenure as a Cardiac Team Member at the same institution from December 2003 to November 2013. Ana received a BSN in Registered Nursing from West Coast University between 2011 and 2014.
