Gladys Oswell

Gladys Oswell, MBA, PMP has an extensive background in IT and project management. Currently serving as Director Payment Integrity at L.A. Care Health Plan, Gladys oversees the recovery and reporting of internal overpayments. With previous roles at organizations such as Mount St. Mary's College and Unova, their experience ranges from LAN administration to technical project management. Holding an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University, Gladys brings a strong educational foundation to their diverse professional background.
