Irina Faktorovich

Irina Faktorovich has extensive work experience in the field of IT and finance solutions, particularly in the healthcare industry. Irina began their career at JVS in 1994 as an MIS Coordinator/Program Assistant, where they handled the maintenance of computer databases and paper documentation for client and program records. Irina also prepared monthly billing for Los Angeles County.

In 2000, Irina joined Health Net as a Sr. Systems Analyst. In this role, they served as a project leader and business systems analyst with expertise in managed healthcare products, medical claims adjudication, payment systems, pricing vendors, medical management, EDI, and claims front-end processing. Irina successfully delivered multiple high-impact projects and worked closely with business customers to interpret and document project requirements.

Since 2012, Irina has been working at L.A. Care Health Plan. Irina started as a Supervisor and Lead Systems Analyst, responsible for managing and coordinating various IT projects. Irina was later promoted to the role of Director, I.T. Member/Finance Solution Delivery, where they oversee the delivery of IT and finance solutions for the organization.

Throughout their career, Irina has demonstrated strong technical skills, project management expertise, and a commitment to delivering successful outcomes.

Irina Faktorovich completed their education at the College of Road Construction, earning an MS in Civil Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from 1981 to 1986. Irina also obtained a Computer System and Programming Diploma from the Computer Learning Center in Los Angeles in 1999-2000. In addition, Irina obtained a Certificate of Computerized Accounting from the ORT Technical Institute in Los Angeles in 1993-1994.
