Johanna Kichaven

Johanna Kichaven is a seasoned professional in public health management with extensive experience in program management and community outreach. Currently serving as Population Health Management Program Manager III at L.A. Care Health Plan since January 2012, Johanna has also held the position of Disease Management Project Manager. Prior to this role, Johanna contributed as a School Recruitment and Provider Outreach Specialist for the California Immunization Registry in the Los Angeles-Orange County Immunization Network. With a background that includes teaching diabetes management classes at the Department of Veterans Affairs and a Master of Public Health from UCLA, Johanna has demonstrated a strong commitment to health education and community engagement.
