Misty Noble

Misty Noble is currently a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at L.A. Care Health Plan, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Misty served as a Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at CooperSurgical following the acquisition of Generate Life Sciences in January 2022. Prior to this, Misty worked at IBM as a Talent Advisor after being rebadged to service the Providence account. Misty's experience with Providence also includes roles as a Senior Lead Recruiter/Supervisor, Senior Recruiter, and Allied Recruiter. Misty's career began at St. Joseph Hospital of Orange and encompasses various positions in talent acquisition and human resources. Educational background includes an Associate Degree in Arts from North Seattle College and training from AIRS Recruiter Academy.
