Senior Director, Enterprise Data Governance at L.A. Care Health Plan

Paul Keller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul started their career as a Budget Analyst at First Chicago Bank & Trust in 1985. Paul then worked at Blockbuster, where they held various roles including Financial Analyst, General Manager, and Assistant to the COO. From 1992 to 1998, they worked at Boston Market as Director of Store Systems and Processes and Director of Performance Management. Following this, they joined Global Commerce Systems as a Senior Business Consultant, where they worked on B2B e-concepts and strategies. Paul then served as Director of Process Development and Improvement at Waldo's Dollar Mart de Mexico from 2001 to 2004. Paul formed their own consulting company, PK Consulting, LLC, where they worked as an independent consultant, specializing in Data Governance, Business Process Improvement, and Business Systems Solutions. During this time, they worked with companies such as EnCana Oil & Gas USA, Inc. and Pacific Dental Services. In 2008, they joined Proterra Inc, a start-up company, where they served as Director of Production and Supply Chain. Most recently, they have been working at L.A. Care Health Plan as Senior Director of Enterprise Data Governance, a position they have held since 2017.

Paul Keller earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1980 and 1985. In 1984, they also participated in a Semester Abroad program at Loyola University - Rome Center. Paul Keller has also obtained additional certifications including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2015 and a Six Sigma - Greenbelt certification, institution and specific dates not provided.
