Timmeca Jones has a strong background in healthcare operations and quality management. Timmeca started their career at Molina Healthcare in 2004 as a Claims Manager, where they successfully reduced expenses and improved processes. In 2014, they joined L.A. Care Health Plan as an Operational Quality and Compliance Manager, achieving significant gains in provider satisfaction and turnaround time. Timmeca later became the Director of Operations at L.A. Care Health Plan in 2015, where they implemented cost-saving measures and improved quality assurance. Timmeca has extensive experience in optimizing business processes and productivity in the healthcare industry.
