Max Milan, P.E. currently serves as an Associate and Senior Project Engineer at L.A. Fuess Partners, focusing on the design of steel, conventionally-reinforced concrete, and CMU structures for various projects, including K-12, higher education, municipal buildings, and Mission Critical applications, with considerable experience in ICC-500 Tornado Shelters. Prior experience includes roles as a Structural Engineer In Training and Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University, where Max explored electrostatics and lightning issues, as well as an internship at JQ, performing structural analysis and assisting with project documentation. Additional roles include teaching assistance in civil engineering courses and engineering internships at Snap On Equipment and the University of Central Arkansas, where research involved acoustics and advanced computational tools. Max holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Central Arkansas.
