Michael Misiaszek

Michael Misiaszek is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and advisory services. Currently serving as Principal at L Capital LLC since 2019, Michael plays a key role in advising and investing with prominent buyout and growth equity firms. Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President at The Lancer Group from 2015 to 2019, where focus areas included diligence support and executive search services for private equity investors. Michael also gained valuable experience at FactSet from 2013 to 2015, taking on roles such as Engagement Manager, Consultant, and Associate. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and has further education from the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship.
