Eric Donado

Eric Donado is a Principal at L Catterton since August 2022, focusing on investments in growth-stage consumer businesses and the supporting technologies. Prior to this role, Eric served as Director of M&A at IAC, where investments were made in internet and technology businesses, and as a Technology Investor at Apax Digital, partnering with founders in the growth stage of internet, software, and tech-enabled services companies. Eric also held the position of Chief of Staff at Bonobos, contributing to corporate development, business development, and financial planning and analysis before its acquisition by Walmart. Earlier experience includes a role in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Eric holds an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.
