Benjamin Mandel

Benjamin Mandel is currently the Vice President of Market Development at L-Charge, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served in multiple roles at CALSTART, including Northeast Regional Director, Senior Director, and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives from 2018 to 2022. Benjamin also held various positions at the NYC Mayor's Office of Sustainability and began their career as an Assistant Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. They earned experience as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and as an Energy Law & Policy Fellow at New York University. Benjamin continues their education at the University of California, Berkeley.
