Steve Haldiman

Steve Haldiman, MSPM, ASP, is an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at L.E. Jones Company, responsible for the safety of over 300 employees and leading a team of volunteer First Responders. Previously, Steve served as the Risk & Opportunities Program Manager at Fincantieri Marinette Marine, overseeing the risk management for the USS CONSTELLATION-class frigates. Steve's extensive background includes various roles at Shell, where contributions spanned process safety engineering, quality engineering, and operations readiness, supporting significant projects both domestically and internationally. Steve's military experience as a Second Class Petty Officer in the US Navy included multiple deployments and operations in the Western Pacific and the Middle East. Steve holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
