Elizabeth Chan

Elizabeth Chan is a Senior Associate at L.E.K. Consulting, with a diverse background in engineering and leadership roles. As an alumnus of the Pinnacle Programme, Elizabeth was selected to promote Hyundai NZ's "Future Positive" campaign. Previous experience includes serving as an Investment Analyst and Technology Incubator Intern at Bridgewest Ventures NZ, and as a Student Ambassador for Engineering New Zealand. Elizabeth has held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of the Mechanical & Mechatronics Student Association and WEN Leader for mentoring initiatives aimed at female engineering students. Early career internships with companies such as Suncorp Group and Fisher & Paykel Healthcare provided valuable insights into software engineering and product development. A current student at the University of Auckland pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering Conjoint with Design in Mechatronics, Elizabeth is actively involved in initiatives that bridge education and industry.
