François Mallette

François Mallette is the managing director and partner of L.E.K. Consulting in Boston. François has over 25 years of management consulting experience.

Prior to joining L.E.K., François was the vice president of The Alcar Group Inc., a pioneer in assisting companies in the use of shareholder value management principles to maximize value. François founded Alcar's Canadian office, later moved to New York City and subsequently helped to form its Financial Institutions practice.

Before Alcar, François worked at Citibank Canada as a relationship manager in the National Corporate Division, where they were responsible for selling corporate finance products to companies across Canada.

François Mallette has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Operations from Ivey Business School at Western University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Economics from Western University.

They work with Felipe Ahouagi - Partner, São Paulo, Ricardo Brau - Managing Director & Partner, Boston, and Maxime Julian - Partner, Paris. François Mallette reports to Stuart Jackson, Global Managing Partner.
