John Rutan

John Rutan, a Managing Director and Partner at L.E.K. Consulting based in the Boston office, is a member of the Organization and Performance practice. He joined the firm in 2012 and has supported clients globally across North and South America, Europe and the Asia Pacific regions.

John has a passion for helping clients with their most critical strategic issues and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions - including post-merger integration - organization strategy (e.g., model design and optimization), and commercial excellence/salesforce effectiveness. John has supported clients across the travel & transport, software, business services, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors.

John has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Dartmouth College.
