Neil Menzies

Neil Menzies is the current Managing Director of L.E.K. Consulting's San Francisco branch. Neil has been with L.E.K. Consulting since 2007, starting as an Associate and working their way up to Senior Associate Consultant and finally Managing Director. Neil has also spent time working as a Student Project Engineer at BOC Gases and a Student Engineer at Beca.

Neil is highly skilled in client management, workplanning, and presenting findings to clients. Neil is also an expert in complex modelling and market sizing. Neil has a proven track record of success in both private equity and corporate clients.

Neil's time with L.E.K. Consulting has taken him all over the world, including a stint in Boston from 2010-2011. Neil is originally from New Zealand and has a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Canterbury.

Neil Menzies has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BE from The University of Auckland. Neil is currently working in the field of operations and strategic management.

They are on a team with Alastair Phillips - Partner, Melbourne, Stuart Westmore - Partner, Melbourne, and Nick Holder - Partner, Sydney. Their manager is Stuart Jackson, Global Managing Partner.
