Romain Maitret

Romain Maitret is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting in London. Romain has over 15 years of management consulting experience, advising clients in the technology, telecommunications, media, and private equity sectors on growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation programs.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Romain was a Project Director at Steria, where they delivered business and technology projects that implemented core solutions of Steria and that supported the company’s industrialisation strategy. Romain was actively involved in the pre-sales phase of a project and led the business case creation, the overall solution design and the shaping of the project, including design, costs, and identification of risks.

At Steria, Romain typically managed three projects in parallel, and planned, directed, and coordinated activities of international teams. Romain's projects typically had a £500k budget, which was usually spread over 4 stages. Romain had full responsibility for the budget and the delivery of each stage.

Romain Maitret has an MBA from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Queensland, and a Diplome d'ingenieur in Computer Science, Electronics, and Automatics from ESIEA - ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEUR·E·S D'UN NUMÉRIQUE UTILE.
