Kevin Nearpass

Kevin Nearpass has a extensive work experience in the construction industry. Kevin began their career at L.F. Jennings in 1997 as a Senior Project Manager and served in that role until 2013. From 2013 to 2023, they worked at LF Jennings Inc as the VP of Operations. In 2023, Kevin Nearpass joined L. F. Jennings, Inc. as their Chief Operating Officer.

Kevin Nearpass completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Kevin pursued this program from 1992 to 1997.
