Brady Sweitzer

Brady Sweitzer is the Chief Financial Officer of Fishman Flooring Solutions and is a member of the firm's Board of Directors. He is responsible for the overall financial management of the firm, including directly overseeing the Fishman Employee Stock Ownership Plan and all of the reporting and auditing requirements associated with it.

Prior to joining the Fishman team in 1996, Brady was employed as a credit manager for both Lowes Home Centers and Thomas Somerville Co. and also managed his own landscaping business. He was first introduced to the flooring business during his college years, when he worked as a carpet installer's helper.

Brady graduated from Towson State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He majored in business administration, with a concentration in finance.

Brady and Susan reside in Centreville, Maryland. Away from the office, his first priority is enjoying and relaxing with his family. He also spends time boating and hunting and actively supports several community youth sports programs and charities.
