Henry Ditzel

Henry Ditzel is an experienced professional with a strong background in merchandising and human resources. Currently serving as a Merchandising Assistant at L.L.Bean since March 2018, Henry collaborates with management to curate a balanced assortment of Men's Apparel for retail stores while partnering with Corporate Merchants to assess assortment plans and departmental budgets. Previously, as a Department Manager, Henry focused on enhancing customer experiences and fostering a welcoming shopping environment. Henry also has experience as a Human Resources Expert at Target, managing employee concerns, payroll, and development plans. Additionally, Henry served as a General Contractor at Idexx Informatics, contributing to a website launch through graphic editing and maintenance scheduling. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Allegheny College.
