Kelly Martin

Kelly Martin has extensive experience in corporate procurement and financial operations, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Procurement at L.L.Bean since February 2002. In this role, Kelly leads the Corporate Procurement organization, achieving over $9 million in annual cost avoidance and savings while overseeing vendor negotiations and management. Previously, Kelly held several managerial positions at L.L.Bean, including establishing the Financial Operations Group and enhancing corporate accounting functions. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Business Line Controller at Banknorth Group, where effective financial management policies were developed, and as Director of Expense Planning & Management at UnumProvident. Kelly holds an MBA in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine.
