Sara Spugnardi

Sara Spugnardi is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a focus on healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at L.L.Bean since September 2022, Sara previously held the position of Senior Recruiter for Healthcare Operations at Devoted Health from November 2019 to September 2022, contributing to a Medicare Advantage startup focused on transforming healthcare delivery. Earlier experience includes leading the Retail Recruiting Team and serving as an HR Business Partner at L.L.Bean from 2012 to 2019, as well as managing retail recruitment and operations at Hannaford Bros. Co. from 2003 to 2012. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Maine.
