The current leadership team at L.L.Bean has a wealth of experience in the retail industry. The team includes the Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer, who previously worked at Yihaodian, and the SVP, who previously worked at Walmart International. The team also includes the Chief Customer Officer, who has a background in Art History and Physics from Dickinson College, and the Chief Marketing Officer, who is responsible for Sam's Club and New Formats at Walmart China.
